SHIPPING

All orders shipped USPS Priority Mail unless specific shipping
There is a min. charge of $3.95. 
All other shipping and handling is charged at 5% of
the order in Hawaii and 8% out of Hawaii. Add 8% for COD orders

BACKORDERS

All in stock goods will be shipped within 3-4 business days. 
Backorders will be processed within 2 weeks
or as ready upon approval of buyer.

RETURNS

All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
All custom orders are final.  Returns must have prior written
authorization unless otherwise approved. 
Credit or replacement made upon
return of goods.  All refused orders or unauthorized returns
are subject to a 15% restocking fee and chargeback of freight.

COLORS

All items are handmade in Hawaii. 
Variations in color and design may occur.
Colors in catalog are not exact.
